Cancellation Policies

All bookings & sales are final. Cancellation only applies to bad weather (e.g.: rain, fog or small craft advisory from national marine forecast).

If you decide to cancel your booking prior to 72 hours before your scheduled trip, 50% of the payment will be refunded to your credit card. No refund will be available for any cancellation notice that are less than 72 hours before the charter. If you want change your schedule to another day or time, please let us know 72 hours prior to charter. ONBOAT is pleased to assist you to coordinate change the date to next available date. We will not be able to make date change requests within 72 hours of the charter. For any change requests, dock reservation fees and captain fees are not transferable and client will need to pay for that.
